Saberes docentes em construção: analisando a concepção de aprendizagem de alfabetizadores

The aim of this article is to present the results of the analysis of the learning concepts shown in the pedagogical practices of six teachers, former students of a graduate program on literacy, offered by FUNREI. Using an ethnographic approach, the data were collected through observation of routine Classroom practices (and their respective field diaries) and recorded individual interviews. The results of the analysis suggested that these teachers adopted eclectic practices in which prevails the belief that the learning process it built gradually in a context of interaction.
