    Composer, teacher and pianist, considered one of the greatest exponents of Brazilian music, Ernesto Nazareth is the author of a work that, situated in a difficult place to define between erudite and popular music, is of fundamental importance to the Brazilian culture of the 19th and 20th centuries.
