The aim of this paper is to describe the use of simplified strategic planning in a Family Health Program Unit during 4th year nursing student supervised internships at the Marilia Medical School. The Family Health team problem-based protocol was used as a reference for planning purposes. Results show that this method for organizing the work process allows several actors to participate, and develops strategic thinking in students, contributing to the training of professionals that will work in health services.Downloads
