Family health clientele's perception for medical services in the clinic: the nurse contribution

This dissertation intends to describe the clientele of specific family health clinic in the city of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais State, Brazil and to identify factors that influence patients' satisfaction and describe the perception these patients have of their rights to health. One hundred clients were interviewed through a questionnaire on health services and programs. We use Statistical Package for Social Science software (SPSS) to analyze the answers to the questions. As a conclusion we found that the overall care by the clinic health workers toward the clientele was evaluated positively. However, there are many limitations in the service researched.Downloads
